From the information gathered by my research, business laws refers to the many complex laws and regulations that apply to the aspects of establishing and properly operating a business. Amongst some of aspects of business law include advertising,employment and labor, and enviromental regulations and laws. I consider the most important part of business that business law regulates is commerce and would like to learn more about how these laws affect business transactions.
